Introduction

As a full-time Recruitment Sourcing Specialist (RSS) for DickersonBakker Executive Search you will be responsible for leading creative sourcing strategies to find top talent for our Executive Search service line. The RSS will also play a support role to the ES Consultants by completing a variety of administrative duties to ensure the success of all searches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various mediums including websites like LinkedIn Recruiter, AFP Global, Indeed, and CareerBuilder
  • Place and monitor advertising for all searches based on the marketing plan provided by the ES Consultant
  • Contact prospective candidates to build out qualified and diverse pipeline
  • Refer qualified candidates on to recruiting team for remainder of recruitment lifecycle
  • Order and send personality assessments to candidates as requested by the ES Consultants
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information and documents
  • Generate recruiting/sourcing activity reports for all current searches to the appropriate ES Consultant
  • Complete background checks as requested by the ES Search Consultants
  • Analyze and provide input on what is and what isn’t working with current sourcing strategies
  • Conduct research and update team on innovative and emerging recruitment/sourcing technologies and methods

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience with the ability to meet predetermined metrics
  • Experience using Boolean strings within job board websites
  • Ability to handle a high volume of requirements through strategic time management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both active and passive candidates
  • Ability to look at job requirements and understand at a deeper level the type of candidate that will be the best fit
  • Experience working within an ATS such as Bullhorn is a plus
