Position: Project Management Coordinator – Fundraising Solutions

Responsibilities
- Perform tasks for multiple projects.
- Clear and precise communication with all team members.
- Creating, working with, and maintaining spreadsheets, PM applications, Word documents.
- Adhering to schedules.
- Working independently and keeping to task.
- Maintains a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, excellent client service skills, and solid project management knowledge.
Duties
- Act as Project Assistant to Project Manager/project team.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date project schedules for direct response and impact messaging programs
- Creates and maintains client mandatory information grids
- Creates and maintains project schedules, budgets, and program documents as assigned
- Drafts lettershop and data instructions for assigned projects
- Proofs copy and artwork as necessary for assigned projects
- Work with outside vendors on various production tasks.
- Follow-up with production facility as needed to keep projects on task.
- Support Project Manager with daily tasks as required.
- Maintain supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- May attend and take minutes of meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in Direct Mail Production – printing and mail shop
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge in Excel, Word, Adobe, and Project Management Software
- Self-motivated problem solver
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Must be reliable and willing to work in fast paced environment.
- Direct response fundraising knowledge desired
