DickersonBakker Executive Search is pleased to announce our search for a Mid Level Director of Development on the Global Generosity Team at Operation Mobilization (OM). OM is a Great Commission ministry made up of more than 5,000 workers from over 100 nationalities who are bringing God’s unchanging truth to millions of unreached people every year.

The Mid Level Director of Development will advance the mission of OM by engaging with strategic Mid-Level donors and prospective donors, seeking to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and deepen their financial investment in OM’s mission.

The successful candidate will first and foremost bring a genuine love for givers and should enjoy relating to donors from many walks. H/She should bring passion for the Great Commission, and driven by that passion, will thrive in the entrepreneurial role of building the Mid Level Donor program to a new level. The candidate will bring demonstrated success to implement a gift acquisition and stewardship strategy for donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
