A unique opportunity awaits the right individual who has a demonstrated passion for Christian education and a desire to instill academic excellence and Christian character through a rich and rigorous curriculum in an atmosphere that is engaging and meaningful. Rocky Mountain Christian Academy (RMCA), Niwot Colorado (Greater Boulder-Denver) is in the search of its next Head of School (HOS). This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant pre-K through 8th grade school and community that ‘encourages a love of learning, the formation of transformative habits, and enriching relationships with studies, people and God’.

The successful candidate will be a spiritually mature servant-leader, firmly grounded in his/her personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and fully committed to the integration of faith, learning and life curiosity.  He/She will possess the knowledge and ability to guide and direct with clear vision, providing leadership to achieve the goals and objectives of RMCA.

The new HOS comes at a pivotal point in the life of RMCA where the school is committed and poised to grow and enhance its impact in the communities if serves.
