It is with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Heritage Christian School (HCS) in Indianapolis, Indiana in our search for their next Head of School (HOS). This unique opportunity comes at a pivotal point in the life of HCS and its’ mission “to glorify God through the discipleship of students and the pursuit of excellence in education with the Bible as the foundation and Jesus Christ as our focus”. HCS is recognized as one of the leading Christian schools in the United States providing an exceptional educational experience characterized by challenging academics, a commitment to spiritual development, and preparing students to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives.
Today, HCS is the largest non-public school in Indiana with over 1450 student in preschool through 12th grade; supported by over 300 faculty, staff and coaches; and is financially sound, operating debt free with a $17M balanced budget. The 38.5-acre campus houses separate elementary, intermediate, middle school and high school buildings. In addition, there is a fine-arts building and athletic facilities include an elementary gymnasium, a 1250-seat high school gymnasium, a football/soccer/lacrosse stadium, track, softball and baseball diamonds, and tennis courts

The successful candidate will be a talented leader, administrator and manager whose approach is strategic, collaborative, and characterized by the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve the mission of Heritage Christian School. He/She will be fully committed to continuing HCS’s legacy of ministry through Christian education and its dedication to academic excellence, biblical integration, and Christian discipleship. He/She will do so with the awareness and insights to successfully navigate in an increasingly challenging environment, expanding HCS’s reach and impact to its current and future diverse student and faculty body.
