It is with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Guidelines International Ministries (Guidelines) headquartered in Mission Viejo, California in the search for its first Chief Development Officer (CDO). This is an exciting opportunity to build the development structure for Guidelines International Ministries, a Christian nonprofit celebrating 60 years of shining the light of the Gospel in places of spiritual darkness through audio messages that encourage, equip, and bring hope in Jesus to new believers, the unreached, and to those living under persecution.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CDO of Guidelines will be responsible for organizational fundraising. The CDO will be someone who can serve as both a key strategist and action-focused implementer, setting strategy for all revenue functions within the ministry, including campaigns, major donor engagement, mid- and mass level fundraising and events. The CDO will be results oriented, resourceful, energetic, and creative with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
