With great excitement we announce our recruitment of the first Chief Development Officer for Hope for Justice, a global nonprofit organization operating across 5 continents, 10 countries and over 30 locations; dedicated to bringing an end to modern slavery and human trafficking. Rooted in the Christian values of its founders, HfJ has a comprehensive, four-pronged approach to its work and has a very holistic approach to partnership in its work.

The new, globally-focused lead fundraising professional will be HfJ’s first US-based senior executive position. Reporting to the UK-based CEO, the CDO will sit on the Executive Leadership team alongside highly qualified British peers and oversee the multinational organization’s international fundraising efforts while building and directly managing its growing US presence.

The right leader for this “career opportunity” will be a mission-minded senior fundraising professional who has demonstrated strategic leadership experience as well as proven success in major gifts fundraising. S/he should have a mind for brand-building and be able to design and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel development strategy, to include corporate partnerships and church engagement. Though relatively new and expanding in the United States, Hope for Justice already has a presence in multiple states with headquarters in Nashville, TN, where the new CDO will be based.
