We are thrilled to announce the search and recruitment for a Director of Development for Biblica, The International Bible Society. With a mission “To provide the Bible in accurate, contemporary translations and formats so that more people around the world will have the opportunity to be transformed by Jesus Christ,” Biblica, has entered a new era of leadership in global Great Commission ministry as an international leader in Bible Translation and partnerships.

This position will be based in Texas and will work remotely, focused on continuing to cultivate and grow the ministry’s Texas-based major donor portfolio. The successful candidate will enjoy a structure that is well defined and vibrant with a portfolio of current givers who have been well cultivated through the years and some of the organization’s most significant prospects.

The new Director of Development will be joining a national Major Gifts team that is poised for continued growth. This position will report to Biblica’s Vice President of Development, Ted Draper, a seasoned professional fundraiser and leader who facilitates a highly relational and collaborative team culture.

The successful candidate will bring a genuine love for givers and should enjoy relating to donors from many walks of life- from the boardroom to the kitchen table.
