This is an incredible opportunity to join the leadership team of Olive Crest, who for over 45 years has served children suffering from or at-risk of abuse and neglect through prevention and education with the goal of preserving families where possible.  To continue to meet growing needs in areas they serve, Olive Crest is seeking its next Chief Development Officer (CDO) who will provide strategic leadership and direction to all aspects of resource development and fundraising for the organization.

The next CDO will be a dynamic leader and strong communicator with proven success in leading development and fundraising in a non-profit organization.  He/She will understand the principles of philanthropy, the processes of fundraising, and be a strong manager and team builder with an adherence to Olive Crest’s commitment to honor Biblical principles and values. Olive Crest acknowledges the existence of a Creator through whom the restoration and healing of a person’s life can be fully accomplished. Olive Crest is driven by faith and demonstrates values of truth, grace, and servanthood through their service to at-risk youth and families.
