This is an exciting time for Childcare Worldwide as it undertakes plans to expand their reach and impact.  The new Vice President-Development will serve as a member of the leadership team and provide vision and guidance resulting in sustainable funding strategies and programs to meet needs today and into the future.  This individual will have responsibility for all functions of the Development Department as well as child sponsorship programs and the Ugandan Kids Choir.  

Childcare Worldwide is seeking candidates who are Christ-centered with a passion for the mission and ministry of the organization.  Successful candidates will have proven and successful experience in leading a Development team with the skills and knowledge to build and implement sustainable fundraising strategies.  The new Vice President will be a strong leader and communicator enabling him/her to inspire and motivate the Development team and others in the organization as well as donors, stakeholders and partners.
