This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the Director of Partner Engagement for Colorado Springs-based World Challenge. Fulfilling the role of the organization’s first fully devoted Development professional, the successful candidate will have a deeply relational demeanor and pastor’s heart while working intentionally to engage and develop the ministry’s broad partner base in support of the life changing work of both World Challenge and its global missions arm, World Poverty solutions.

As World Challenge evaluates its future ministry opportunities at home and around the world, the organization has determined to enter its next season of growth and global impact with new focus on engaging and cultivating its long-time, loyal supporters. The ministry’s two-fold vision is a) to empower, equip, and encourage Christians in their daily faith and b) to bring biblical solutions to poverty within reach of every poor community around the world. Building on the legacy of founder David Wilkerson’s global ministry and supported by a large, loyal base of contributors, World Challenge is poised for growth.
