This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of Indiana’s largest and oldest social services agencies offering accredited, comprehensive residential, foster care, independent living, adoption and home based services. White’s Residential and Family Services, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, has a rich history of responding to the emotional, behavioral, spiritual, and educational needs of families and children in crisis and transition, from infants to youth up to 21 years. With the approaching retirement of the current President, White’s is seeking candidates who are Christ-centered and will provide dynamic leadership to continue to meet current needs as well as future demands.  A unique opportunity awaits the right individual who is a strong leader and administrator with the passion, strategic vision, resource development skills and business acumen to lead White’s into the future.

The President and CEO will be Christ-centered with strong convictions and thoroughly committed to White’s mission while passionate about helping those they serve.  Successful candidates will have proven and successful experience in executive leadership, resource development, and relationship management, enabling them to guide and lead the organization forward. The next President and CEO should have Masters’ degree in social work, counseling, psychology, ministry, education, or related field with a minimum of 5 years in executive leadership with experience including performance management, fiscal management, program oversight, and fund development.
