We are pleased to announce our search for a Director of Donor Impact, the newly created senior development position for Say Yes Guilford. A new 501c3 birthed out of the nationally recognized Say Yes to Education, the independent but affiliated Say Yes Guilford exists to break the cycle of generational poverty by enabling Guilford County students the opportunity to pursue and complete a university or college education often for the first time in their family’s history.

Based at the organization’s headquarters in Greensboro, NC, the Director of Donor Impact will be Say Yes Guilford’s first full-time fundraiser. S/he will work alongside a strong CEO and engaged board to build and implement the local organization’s overall development strategy.  This will be a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to help grow and lead a life-changing, mission-focused organization. The successful professional will be a player/coach and experienced major gifts fundraiser with proven success engaging and cultivating new and existing major donors. Given the strategic nature of this position within the growing organization, the successful candidate should understand both the art and the science of fundraising – specifically the systems and processes necessary to move a successful program forward.
