This is a unique opportunity to join the DB&A team as a Senior Search Consultant and grow with our firm as we seek to serve with excellence leaders and boards in the non-profit leadership space both at home and around the world.

DB&A Executive Search & Recruitment leverages 30+ years of non-profit and ministry consulting experience under the Dickerson, Bakker and Associates brand. In recognition of consistent growth over time as well as substantial new opportunity, we have recently completed a strategic reorganization and launched DB&A as a new organization exclusively leading our retained executive search and talent consulting functions. In this context, we are seeking a qualified search and recruitment professional to join our consulting team.

The successful candidate will be disciplined and driven with an exceptional work ethic and intellect. S/he should be characterized by integrity and humility, as well as confidence and adaptability. Executive level communication skills are a must.

Our search will prioritize candidates with previous executive search and/or recruiting experience, preferably within the non-profit and/or faith-based space. Our client base consists exclusively of non-profit organizations many of whom are Christian ministries. As such, successful candidates should possess the ability to identify with and promote our clients’ missions and worldview. We would value applicants who can demonstrate a strong personal understanding of and alignment with the values of those we serve.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience in executive recruiting and/or search. Experience working in a non-profit and/or faith-based setting will be prioritized.
