Dickerson, Bakker & Associates has been providing professional consulting services to nonprofit clients for over 30 years.  Our IMPACT MESSAGING division creates and produces strategic donor communications and marketing materials & media for clients to help increase contributions by showing donors how their giving is making a positive impact in peoples’ lives.

Serving as the fulcrum between client personnel, DB&A team members, free-lance professionals and outside vendors, the Production and Fulfillment Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that clients’ donor communications / marketing materials and media are developed and fulfilled as promised – on budget, on time and with the highest level of service and quality.

The successful candidate for this position will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, a strong track record of organizational and project management skills, proven customer service relationship skills, experience excelling within fact paced, high energy, deadline-driven environments, and a passion to serve clients in the faith-based marketplace. While not specifically required, the ideal candidate would also have experience in print production, marketing agency, and/or direct mail letter-shop, with solid understanding of the print and digital media industries.

Although this position functions as a part of a creative team based in the Dallas area, they serve as part of a broader Development Services team that is disbursed around the US. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Development Services. In many ways, this position experiences the best of two worlds, the intimacy of the local team passionate about donor communications / marketing and the comradery of a robust, nation-wide consulting team.
