Executive Search Coordinator

We are pleased to announce an internal opening within DB&A Executive Search and Recruitment (DB&A) for a full time Executive Search Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an appropriately skilled candidate to serve as an integral member of our growing team and practice. This position will be based out of our Asheville, NC or Dallas, TX office.

Core functions and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Marketing of new searches and candidate sourcing. Demonstrated comfort level maximizing social media platforms to source and engage talent (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and other web-based networks is a must
  • Creative and innovative in recruitment / sourcing activities including the understanding of candidate market intelligence and the building of candidate pipelines
  • Client and candidate communications: written and verbal (phone/Zoom)
  • Candidate background research, resume evaluation, and reference verification/checking
  • Regular communication and collaborative problem-solving with consulting team members
  • Administration of our applicant tracking system (ATS) Bullhorn. Previous experience with Bullhorn is not a prerequisite, but experience working in ATS or CRM systems and a high comfort level therewith are necessary
  • Some copy-editing 

Preferred Qualities/Qualifications:

  • Track record of results-oriented pipeline sourcing and hiring
  • Demonstrated knowledge of internet sourcing (blogs, social and professional networking, advanced boolean search logic, search modifiers and internet data-mining techniques)
  • Direct cold call sourcing experience
  • Niche sourcing in corporate and / or recruiting agency environment highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of substantial work experience, a servant heart, a flexible mindset, and a sense of humor!
  • Strong cultural alignment with our non-profit and faith-based clients.
  • Intrinsically motivated and creative problem-solver
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal; professional presence  
  • Tech native; experience in working in a CRM or ATS. Bullhorn exp is a plus. 
  • An excitement for those we serve, as well as what we do and why we do it

The ESC  will serve our team of regionally dispersed consultants through a variety of critical back-office and client-communication responsibilities.
