This is an exciting opportunity to lead Childcare Worldwide, an international Christian child sponsorship ministry who is radically transforming the way poor children are cared for while equipping them to break the cycle of poverty and corruption in their cultures.   The President & CEO will provide strategic leadership in all aspects of their work while positioning and guiding the organization to expand its ability to meet ever growing needs. Working closely with a seasoned leadership team who are deeply committed to the organization, the new President/CEO will insure programs, systems, and talented people are in place to enable CCW to expand their reach.  S/He will insure needs are appropriately assessed, strategies reflect the vision of the organization, and that the overall operation and impact of CCW is achieving defined goals and objectives.

In short, while reporting to the Board of Directors, the President/CEO will provide the leadership for CCW to continue its impact in the lives of children and their families around the world. S/He will guide, direct, advise, evaluate and execute strategies in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team to establish and achieve overall organizational goals and objectives while insuring plans, budgets, and strategies reflect the desired direction of the ministry and align with CCW core values, philosophies, and standards.

All candidates will have proven and successful experience in leadership, strategic planning and relationship management. In collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team, s/he will insure the organization is structured appropriately and a talented team is in place.  Further, s/he will insure best practices are followed in administrative/executive leadership, strategy/program development and implementation, and organizational/financial management.  While not the primary development/fundraising officer, the President/CEO will work closely with the Board, ministry partners, donors and the development team to appropriately advocate for and in support of funding efforts.
