This is an exciting time as AiG continues to experience tremendous growth with over 700 full-time and seasonal employees and annual revenues that are approaching $90 million.  With growth comes the need to continue to develop and implement strategies that position the organization to meet the needs of today and the demands of the future.  As a result, AiG is seeking its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will serve as a member of the executive management team, contributing to the strategic direction and ongoing success of the ministry.

The new Chief Financial Officer will partner with the CEO, Executive Management Team (EMT), Board of Directors, and other key leaders in the planning and implementation of successful strategies across all lines of ministry within the organization. As a member of the Executive Management Team, the CFO will ensure proper stewardship and exercise fiduciary duty over all resources, while implementing the infrastructure and systems needed to support AiG’s mission, operations, financial objectives, and strategic initiatives. The CFO will be involved in a wide range of strategic planning and internal initiatives, most importantly, having a deep understanding of the Answers in Genesis ministry and a strong desire to drive the financial success and stewardship of the organization.

AiG offices are located in Petersburg, Kentucky approximately 20 minutes southwest of Cincinnati, Ohio and 10 min west of the Cincinnati/Northern KY International airport.
