Candidate assessments are one piece of the overall candidate review process that happens when we assist our nonprofit clients with their executive search.

Candidates may be asked to complete a series of assessments during the recruitment process to help us gain insight into your personality and learn about your leadership style. All assessments are taken online and available 24 hours a day.

Please note: There is a nominal fee associated with completing these assessments. If you have been asked to complete these assessments as part of an executive search, you should have received a Coupon Code from our office that you may utilize during the checkout process in lieu of payment.

If you have not received a Coupon Code, please contact our office and we will provide one for you.

These assessments are one piece of the overall candidate review process. They are not a determining factor in the final hiring decision. You will be provided with a copy of the assessment report that you may review. As with any of these kinds of assessments, results will vary. In the event that you do not agree with the assessment results, we encourage you to submit a response to us in writing to clarify the results.
